New development without simulation.

Existing structure of Inventarhalle budling is preserved and extended vertically. Layout of the building on all the floors offers absolute programmatic flexibility, while facades address urban context. The new part of the building continues the arched principles of the old structure, but rotates it 90 degrees. Rhythm of arched façade of the bottom part supported by “arched” slabs of the top part. Different scale of façade window on different levels of existing part continued by variation of slabs curves on different levels.
