Located in between contrast environments, the project should connect railway tracks, city park and dense urban development. Pallazo-like division of the façade, expressed wood structures and richness of façade details challenge the scale of the new urban block and try to find a balance between city, nature and human scale. Maximum flexibility in plan supported by façade flexibility. Different types of façade infill, introduced by different types of users and functions, bind together by prominent wood structure.
