In their project “Hackinger Straße 52” Alice Benussi and Sebastian Perner thoroughly investigated the element of the concrete arch and its potential for a tower structure. Combining precise architectural definition and highly flexible use, the tower may be home to a global player as well as a large number of small productive enterprises.
